1. Controller

Sam Steiner NET, Untere Bahnhofstrasse 18, CH-8640 Rapperswil, Switzerland (samsteiner.net) is the data controller for Visibisy.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name and email address when you register.
• Company profile: company name, website URL, ideal customer description, services and country you enter during onboarding.
• Usage data: tracking runs, visibility scores and LLM responses generated for your prompts.
• Billing data: payment is handled by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID — no card details are held on our servers.

3. How we use your data

• To provide the Visibisy service (generate prompts, run tracking checks, display results).
• To send transactional emails related to your account.
• To process payments via Stripe.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Third-party services

Visibisy queries the following AI APIs with your tracking prompts. Prompts do not contain your company name:

• Anthropic (Claude)
• OpenAI (ChatGPT)
• Perplexity AI
• Google (Gemini)

Payments are processed by Stripe. Hosting is provided by cyon AG (Switzerland).

5. Data storage

Your data is stored on servers in Switzerland (cyon AG). We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Your rights

Under Swiss data protection law (nDSG) and the GDPR where applicable, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us via samsteiner.net.

7. Cookies

Visibisy uses a single session cookie for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
